1) Parties and service
- Operator: OMNEXORA (entity details to be inserted).
- User: the person or business using the service.
- Service: software that records and organises user-entered information and generates documents from user inputs and templates.
2) Key disclaimers (core)
- OMNEXORA does not provide legal, engineering, accounting, or WHS advice.
- Outputs are generated from user-provided inputs and templates; user must review and confirm suitability before use.
- OMNEXORA does not certify, approve, or guarantee compliance, correctness, or outcomes.
3) User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Verify State/Territory-specific requirements and any regulatory obligations independently.
- Maintain your own records and backups where required.
- Ensure you have rights to upload any content (photos, documents, client details).
4) Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, infringement, or uploading prohibited material.
- No attempts to circumvent security, scrape data, or interfere with service operation.
- No misrepresentation of outputs as certified/approved/guaranteed by OMNEXORA.
5) Accounts, billing, and changes
- Account access: user is responsible for account security and credentials.
- Billing: insert pricing, trial, refund and cancellation rules after finalising pricing policy.
- Changes: OMNEXORA may update features and templates; material changes should be logged in Release Notes.
6) Limitation of liability (placeholder)
Insert lawyer-reviewed limitation of liability appropriate for Australian consumer law (ACL) and your target customer type (consumer vs business). Do not publish without legal review.
7) Termination
- User may stop using the service at any time.
- OMNEXORA may suspend/terminate accounts for breach of acceptable use or non-payment (once pricing exists).
- Data retention/deletion follows the published Data Handling Spec.
8) Verification checklist (before publishing)
- Confirm operating entity name/ABN and contact details.
- Confirm billing and refund policy is defined and consistent with product.
- Lawyer review for ACL and liability clauses.
- Cross-check language against Claims Register and Copy Policy.
